A great place to see migratory birds, it is set in the middle of flat marshlands and surrounded by farm land. There are lovely walks among the ponds, sloughs and tidal marshes with benches for a quiet moment to ponder. The area is visited by many different birds throughout the year and viewing is close enough for any camera buff to get great pictures.
